Telah meninggal dunia ibunda tercinta dari saudari kita SulistianiNasiroh/Ulis pada hari Jum'at tanggal 21 November  Pukul 18.50 di RSI, Insya Allah dengan khusnul Khotimah.
Mohon Maaf atas semua khilaf dan harapan kami mohon almarhumah di doakan....
